| Kyocera is primarily engaged in the manufacturing and sale of products in three major segments: fine ceramic related, electronic components, and equipment related. Co.'s principal products are ceramic products: computer peripheral products, semiconductor processing equipment, automotive ceramics products, IC packaging, semiconductor packages and substrates, and cutting tools; electronic components: chip products, oscillators and piezoceramic components, thermal printheads, and LCDs; equipment related: PHS terminals, PHS cell stations, mobile communication system; the cost-effective printer "ECOSYS", copy machines, and cameras. |
